Coronavirus Adaptive Action
Customer Impact continues to provide ongoing support for our customers in various retail environments. We have expanded safety measures and implemented additional guidelines as a continuance of our adaptive action.
In an effort to protect themselves and those around them, we require all field representatives to adhere to the following:
Additionally, all active field representatives are required to provide digital confirmation for every single store visit conducted.
This requirement is an affirmation of the following:
- The representative is not currently sick or showing any similar symptoms related to COVID-19.
- The representative has not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or shown symptoms within the past 14 days.
