Coronavirus Adaptive Action

Customer Impact continues to provide ongoing support for our customers in various retail environments. We have expanded safety measures and implemented additional guidelines as a continuance of our adaptive action.

In an effort to protect themselves and those around them, we require all field representatives to adhere to the following:

  • Maintain a social distance of 6 feet or more while conducting business in a retail environment, when possible.

  • Wait until patrons have completely left an area before servicing a store section.

  • Carry a protective face mask or covering on their person at all times.

  • While on-site, wear a protective face mask or covering in adherence to all retailer-specific, local, state, and federal guidelines.

Additionally, all active field representatives are required to provide digital confirmation for every single store visit conducted.

This requirement is an affirmation of the following:

  1. The representative is not currently sick or showing any similar symptoms related to COVID-19.
  2. The representative has not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or shown symptoms within the past 14 days.
