Scott Hiller
President
With over thirty years in CPG sales marketing and retail merchandising management as the founder of Customer Impact, Scott is well positioned to lead the team at CI. He is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming, and earned an MBA from St. Louis University. His passions include his family, golf, and being a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan!
Daniel Price
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Price is the Chief Operating Officer of Customer Impact. He attended Sam Houston State University and began as a scheduler at Customer Impact in 2013. Over the course of his time with Customer Impact, Daniel has overseen major company changes in service offerings and helped build and grow the retail merchandising division. When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys traveling and relaxing weekends at the lake.
Chris Reynolds
CFO | Vice President, Finance
Chris Reynolds is the Chief Financial Officer of Customer Impact, and has worked alongside Scott Hiller for over 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing poker, and spending time with family and friends. Chris is also an avid fan of both the Houston Astros, and the Clemson Tigers.
Valerie Scott
Vice President, Operations
Valerie Scott is the Vice President of Operations. She is an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh, and has been a member of the Customer Impact team since 2017. She is responsible for overseeing client communication, project work, and project teams.
Cris Limas
Director, Retail Operations
Cris Limas is a Director of Retail Operations at Customer Impact. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, and has been a member of the team since 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the Operations and Quality Control teams, development and execution of projects, client services, and all around sarcasm in the office.
Kristen Estrada
Director, Retail Operations
Kristen Estrada is a Director of Retail Operations at Customer Impact. A member of the team since 2018, she started as a scheduler, and then transitioned into the retail services division. She is responsible for overseeing the Operations team, and enjoys every aspect of our various projects. When she’s not making an “Impact,” she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Trey Gaines
Digital Content Manager
Trey Gaines is the Digital Content Manager at Customer Impact. He is an alumnus of the University of North Texas, and has been a member of the team since 2016. He’s responsible for the website, branding, and business advertising efforts.
Otis Price
Chief Pawperating Officer
Otis Price is the Chief Pawperating Officer at Customer Impact. Otis is the top dog around the office, and has been making meetings less ‘ruff’ since day one. He’s the ultimate canine consultant — spreading pawsitivity everywhere he goes. He’s always excited to pawticipate.
Martin Ruiz
General Manager
Eagle Support Services
Martin Ruiz is the General Manager at Eagle Support Services. He has 12 years of retail management experience and has been a member of the team for 3 years. He oversees all warehouse operational aspects, including inventory management, ensuring efficient storage, and timely order fulfillment. He is a fan of the best professional football team in the land, the Dallas Cowboys!
