One of the most common complaints we here about the industry from mystery shoppers is a lack of communication between shopper and mystery shopping company. At Customer Impact, we do everything we can to combat that. We have almost our entire staff in the same office, working together all week. We have new shoppers call in to talk to us before they start completing shops, just so we can make sure they are fully prepared and comfortable performing their first shop with us. Even if you’re not doing a first time shop for us, we are here to help you! At any point if you have a question or concern about a shop or the mystery shopping process in general, all you have to do is call 1-800-677-2260, ext. 2 during normal business hours. That will get you to one of our staff members directly. Trying to reach us after hours? Just email us, and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

If you are performing a shop with us, you will be provided with a detailed set of instructions.  These will include general guideline from Customer Impact, along with specific instructions from the client regarding that shop in particular.  We do our best to cover any possible scenario, but we definitely are not perfect. If you ever find anything unclear or confusing, please reach out to us so that we can help you. The last thing we want is to send you out unprepared! If anything goes wrong on the shop that prevents our client from accepting it, then you can’t get paid, and we have to start all over by finding a new shopper.  If you succeed, then we succeed!

That is why we are happy to take the time to talk to our shoppers. We recently completed a successful set of webinars for our shoppers in certain parts of Florida and Georgia. The shoppers who participated were able to talk to three of our experienced team members, both about our company in general and some of our particular clients in their area. If you think you could benefit from a session like this, tell us when and where! We are in the planning stages of our next shopper webinar, and if you tell us what you need, we’ll do our best to provide it. In the past year, we’ve even had a few shoppers stop by our office in College Station, TX to meet us! If you are ever in our neck of the woods, don’t be afraid to reach out to us, or stop by to say hi. We are not a company that ever wants to hide behind our computer screens.  So call us, find us on Facebook, and reach out to us any time!
